ABOUT US

About The London
Student Showcase.

The London Student Showcase is a free, live student enterprise event for secondary school and college students aged 13–21. School teams of 2–6 students create a product that solves a problem affecting people, then exhibit and pitch it in London in March 2027.

Why it exists.

Our purpose

To give young Londoners a real stage for entrepreneurship — a place to turn ideas into products and share them with real people.

Who it is for

Students aged 13–21 entered by their school, and the teachers, families and sponsors who support them.

What students gain

Experience in research, product design, teamwork, business thinking and public speaking — plus the confidence of presenting their own work.

The competition,
stage by stage.

The showcase is designed to encourage creativity, entrepreneurship, innovation and collaboration. The exact date and venue are TBC.

1. Develop a product

Teams find a real problem affecting people and develop an innovative product or solution that responds to it.

2. Shape the business idea

Teams prepare the idea behind the product: who it is for, why it matters and how it could work in the real world.

3. Create an exhibition stall

Each team designs a physical stall that shows its product clearly to judges and visitors.

4. Present and pitch

On the day, teams pitch their idea to judges and talk visitors through the problem, the product and its impact.

5. Recognition through awards

The day ends with an awards ceremony recognising product innovation, social impact, presentation and teamwork.
