What we collect

This website does not have its own accounts or sign-up database. Information reaches us only when you complete one of our registration forms (hosted by Tally) or email us.

• School registration: school and staff contact details and expected team numbers.
• Sponsor enquiries: organisation and contact details.
• Emails: whatever you choose to send us.

How we use it

Only to organise The London Student Showcase and reply to you — for example, sharing venue details, schedules and guidance. We do not sell your information.

Students and parental consent

Students take part through their school. Schools register and act as the point of contact, so we do not ask students to submit personal details on this website. Any consent needed from parents or guardians for students under 18 to attend or appear in event photography will be arranged with participating schools before the event.

Forms and cookies

Registration forms are provided by Tally, which processes submissions on our behalf under its own privacy policy. This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own.

Your choices
